  1. Sorry no smoking inside or out.
  2. Sorry no pets of any kind.
  3. Maximum two people.
  4. The location is not appropriate for gatherings or parties. We appreciate your consideration.
  5. Check-in time is 1 pm and check-out time is 10 am (Atlantic Time). Let us know if you’d like more time.
  6. Park in the front driveway – whichever side is free. If you’re biking, you can store your bike inside the hall at night.
  7. Keep the key with you and leave it on the freezer in the hall when you check out.
  8. Like all buildings on the island, Aunt Bette’s house has a septic tank. Please remember not to flush anything except toilet paper.
  9. Unfortunately there’s no access to the laundry or closets. Thanks for your understanding.
  10. Please message me at miaj@shaw.ca during your stay if you have an urgent request. Otherwise, enjoy your time on the island!

Payment
To reserve, pay the total number of nights plus tax. There is a 10% discount for 7 or more nights. You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the date of arrival and your payment will be reimbursed.

95 CDN + 14.25 tax (hst) = $109
